The replacement took place just as promptly; the replacement unit was in perfect condition.
On the technical side:
The player logs on as an additional USB drive on PC
Music and video can be easily copied to the player
Remove the PC and that's it
The guide menu is fairly simple and almost intuitive to use
The battery life is long enough and should actually be at about 20 hrs; I did not exactly measured it.

The Most Important:
The children can always make your own music. Sonically no complaints.
By handling both have no trouble.

This Payer fill fully its purpose; the value for money is totally OK
If only because the entire settlement I will select BERTRONIC again in similar devices.
