Music that is fun

... You do not necessarily expect from James Blood, which is better known for his rather sad ballads. However, this CD brings a surprise: The man can do other things! There is in songs like "Stay the Night" and "Dangerous" much pep and vitality splashing - and in "I'll be your man" even joke paired with catchy feel-good music. Who would have thought? There are also beautiful sad songs, I did, "So Far Gone" immediately very much (by the way there is this also a very nice music video!) And the really beautiful "If time is all I have." "Turn me on" and "Superstar" show times an entirely different style (modern, yet retro?), Not for me the strongest songs on the CD, but due to their otherness compared to previous releases of James Blunt also absolutely worth hearing. In "No Tears" (for me) then JB sings quite ironic that he is in his life already feels very comfortable as it is, even if the press always like to report to him otherwise. CONCLUSION: music that makes fun of a man of whom we had not expected. And for the fans continue to beautiful melodies and his distinctive intense Stimmme. Thumbs Up, James Blunt, well done !!!
