Moon Safari (Audio CD)

Customer Review

The musical landscape of the 90s is mainly for me a deep dark wasteland, which can account for the total stock of my music collection on the share of publications of this decade. Until, yes until then out of nowhere in 1998 two Frenchmen came and brought this decade for me even at a conciliatory conclusion. If I ever come to the embarrassment, all my CDs until we say give five pieces - "Moon Safari" would definitely have left!

Curiously, I owe the acquisition of this masterpiece which for many years only with cold contempt chastened by me music television. As this is adopted in the pop cultural irrelevance beyond the era of Ray Cokes, Steve Blame or Paul King, I got bored when zapping through the late hour on a bizarre video clip with a plush chimpanzee in the lead role. Banned I listened to the celestial sounds somewhere between 70s synth bubbles and a very modern club sound to the end, because I wanted to know the name of song and band. With the information "Sexy Boy by Air" I strode the very next day to record store and bought my confidence virtually "blind" the whole album. As it turned out - an absolute gem!

One would actually lift on "Moon Safari" no single song, it would be done the other wrong. This works best album anyway at a time, be it to dream of a rain (or sun) day, the relaxed chat with friends or the seduction of the beloved. For the latter, be sure to "La Femme D'Argent" recommended, probably the most erotic piece of music that has ever found its way onto a sound carrier. Perhaps before "Remember" for common mating dance program ...

Full marks!
