Two years ago I bought my Panasonic GF-1. The whole time I was looking for a suitable portrait lens.
The Panasonic Leica 45mm Macro had to serve as a substitute. Unfortunately it has a rather slow f2.8 and AF.

Finally Olympus has released a 45mm 1.8.
I find the lens from mechanical structurally very appealing. It is unexpectedly small and light.

Photographically I am also very pleased - it offers an attractive bokeh.
The AF is quick and generally makes part just fun!

This lens is a "must have" for M43 users!
