I admit, I used to be no friend of silicone molds. I had one or two and it was not possible for me to get to the finished baked goods without quirks out of shape. Then I got as a gift the mini-Guglhupf forms of Lurch, thought only "Uh-oh, and me", but it popped! The chickens jumped partly by itself from the forms ... without quirks. So I ordered this form for brownis and it works fine. However, I pinsle the shapes before baking with a little oil, if it will have only good experiences. I bake it cupcakes, brownies and bread. Works great.
