I have observed this (and other) Lichtwecker a long time and have now been given him as a pre Christmas from my family.
Delighted I have the alarm set up and adjusted. This works as I find it very easy and after a brief look at the instructions no problem at all. There are as previously described 5 alarm sounds, radio reception, 2 alarm times, light intensity adjustment, etc.
Most will probably be interested in whether the Aufwachgefühl is different and if you do not wake up too early. I feel it definitely wake up as a more comfortable and up in the morning as with those little annoying alarm clocks amazing where you then startled the morning in the dark looking for the alarm together with OFF button.
The light is as already described to the actual alarm time ever brighter and ideally one should wake up by myself and like to get up;)
So all this is not natural. Just because I am awakened by a light I'm not necessarily better, but I find it really much easier. I was beginning slowly groped upwards as far as the light intensity and sound volume and have now found my perfect mixture.
I have the lights set to level 18 and the music at level 6 of 20 and so I wake up for about 5 minutes before the sound is heard and therefore the actual alarm occurs on. By the brightly lit room, I can no longer eternally long rumdösen because you pretty quickly "fit" is.
I also like very much the sunset function and use this every day. The light is always dark and the sound of the radio is always quiet. Super comfortable to sleep.
That reminds me, the light function is most important and I am very happy that I can only give the full 5 stars. Mir rich 2 alarms, the relatively large power supply I do not care because you can not see it anyway and "only" 5 alarm sounds I now find no problem as I turn off the sound immediately anyway.
This alarm clock has made me wake up in the morning and definitely easier and more enjoyable, and therefore there's ne strong buy recommendation.
