Since I am a total beginner (stargazer), I can not compare with other glasses. In Tenerife on the Teide can be seen many super star, so I once thought not at all because binoculars rauszuholen from his pocket. I always used to think that an Astro binoculars only increased. However, I did feel that the binoculars amplifies the light, so in fact many more stars could be seen, which I could not at all perceive with the naked eye.
A tripod, however, one should always have this, because otherwise everything is always wagging.
The sharpness (calibration) I had no problems. But as written before, I'm just a beginner, and can write this bit.
