Here is my experience so far come to just under 3 weeks:
What I like very much:
The performance (speed):
At first I was a little skeptical because I thought that a 1 GHZ processor may be a little too slow, but after a while I was more than pleasantly surprised:
-The Surfing makes the smartphone a lot of fun, I have the Firefox it and it loads the pages really quickly, without a trailer.
-In The menu I've hardly can find trailer, also runs smoothly.
Games:
I have many games on it as Bubble Iceland, angry birds etc. and all is well, i even have running in the background and my own music because there are no hangers while I'm playing.
Meanwhile I have more games like Temple Run 2 (My Lieblingsapp) or Lep's World plan, has been able to detect any hanger.
The built-in camera (tags):
After all, what I have read on some websites, I thought how awful the images could be, if I shoot photos with a smartphone, but the day makes this part really beautiful pictures and the colors really very natural, and there is still small adjustments to enhance the image. There just has its quirks in the dark.
The quality of the speaker and the phone:
The built-in speaker is very good, there are songs with no scratching or the like, even when telephoning there is nothing to complain about in my opinion.
The voice quality is very good.
The battery:
This hät really very long when I'm playing a day about 3-5 hours and from time to time on the phone hät the battery usually for 3 days and when I leave it only in standby mode and only phone, the battery lasts loose one week. It all depends on what you do everything. I am very happy with the battery and after 3 hours it is then fully recharged when he was previously below 3%.
The GPS:
works very well even without Internet, so if you have no internet contract like me, you'll just have this unit connected to your route at home and leave the card there Laden, then it is saved and when you then drausen since and the GPS is activated, white one where you walk out has helped us very much in the forest, because we no longer knew which way we have to walk.
What I like less:
-The Power-up could be a bit faster if you have your apps stored on the internal memory card, sometimes it takes more than a minute until you can use the apps.

-The Camera (in the dark)
-The Big LED lamp below could blink calm when you get a text message, it flashes only very small blue top next to the front camera, pity.
Tip for lack of LED light on the bottom bar: You want that it is flashing colors, once you get a text message, or when the phone rings? Then you have the Illumination Bar download, the app is free, and that ye may check the LED light and adjust as you want, for example, it flashes when the SMS or if you missed a call, funny that that had not been doing but after I googled I found this app, is very convenient, sucking little power from the battery.
In the menu of this app you have under General Settings phone as Xperia U reveal, because then you can set different colors for the LED lamp.
That's the only weakness in the built-in camera, on the day it makes very nice and sharp images and when it gets dark, the images are sometimes blurred. But for that I have my digital camera.
My Conclusion:
For this price, this smartphone is more than its monetary value, for people looking for a low-priced and especially low-cost smartphone, I can this device more than recommended, I am very excited for what I paid :)
small addendum:
I have recently made the latest software update on it and I have to say that the Xperia J now more fluid running than before because I can agree with a reviewer only after updating the smartphone is actually faster, previously was the speed of this device for me already more than sufficient for over 2 weeks, in which I've been testing the new firmware, I can only say, they invite you down, aktualiesieren this pays off!
You just have Java on your system to install, if you have never been the plan and then download the "Sony PC Companion 2.1" software and plugs off the phone to your PC, after about 15-20 minutes was the smartphone to date, only at the beginning we should not be frightened, because I thought that part no longer goes to, which is normal for a short time, no image is, but the wait is actually worth :) For that price this device in my opinion is to surprisingly well
