Aesthetically, it makes all stainless pro but its awesome side is that everything is dismantled and all washes which allows to have a product that can expose to constantly view. I had a conventional fryer with external plastic walls on which the oil flowed, froze and hardened to the point that sometimes I had to use a lever to open the lid. There nothing like it and with its cool zone system cooking oil lasts longer. It pleases me so much that I often get up at night to express my satisfaction. A MUST buy
