I photograph a lot of outdoor and rarely have a helper with, so I needed a terminal that is everywhere versatile to me to allow off-camera flash. At the fence or windowsill, bicycle handle, branches, or if required on tripod mounted to have double Blitzkaft. The possibilities are endless and the terminal keeps on everything that has a minimum diameter of about 8 mm, including slips on a round rod inevitably together with the weight of lightning down from what indeed is not a problem, then the flash depends halt after :-) below the ball head is really be described as very good and keeps my flash together assembled softbox (Firefly 50cm or 7-card set of Walimex or even the big Kunststoffbouncer or 41cm Beautydish) in each Posotion bombproof. I have the support mainly bought for my dedicated flash if the terminal also my heavy professional camera with lens of minimum total. Would keep 2 kg reliably I have not tried it yet, but I have my tripod at hand. However, my compact camera is not a problem for the terminal.
I can recommend the terminal each, it is Varibel usable, fits in any pocket and keeps really excellent in every position. The price is a bit high but all the pieces are optimally processed and almost everything is made of metal. Would I buy again at any time!
