I bought this book there are more than a year, it was a revelation for me. I changed a lot of my eating habits, and since I feel much healthier. More fatigue, energy! I stopped my dairy intake (the book does not completely stop said but at least is not going in the same direction as the formal recommendations which I find staggering), I consume much more oilseeds. And only a small part of what you can discover. I even lost 8kg without being hungry or tired (well having a good sport too)
In short, the information is well documented, the author provides us with clear benchmarks that can serve us to set its own menus. You will change your mind on official recommendations!
