I have informed me fully. For the facial adjustment is recommended 3MHz. The facial skin is thin and delicate. The sound waves do not penetrate as deeply and therefore the skin is treated gently and safely. For all other parts of the body is the setting

My complaints:
I suffer from a mild rosacea. I get regular flushes, especially when changing from cold to warm surroundings. Meanwhile, little permanent red veins on the nose and cheek are visible. Through the hardships my face often seems tired and the skin is red and irritated, which are typical for the disease large pores bother me.
My Goal:
I want to make my skin more resistant, the redness I want to soften and the general complexion should improve.
My face I clean before treatment with my cleansing lotion.
I cover my face 5 times a week, 15 minutes each with 3 Mhz. I switch between step 4, 5 and 6. I use only ultrasound gel with hyaluronic acid. I lock otherwise a no active ingredients.
Then I wash my face with warm water and wear my cream on. The important thing is always that you use high-quality products and in my case, products that are suitable for rosacea. In my other reviews you can see my products used.
Folgene measures should be taken in addition in rosacea:
Avoid nicotine, alcohol, coffee, hot and spicy food / beverage, bright sun, cold and wind to warm rooms, stress, strong mechanical stress on the skin.
Getting enough sleep and additional relaxation exercises are very helpful.
Also, one should not forget the doctor's visit. Often additional medicines are needed ... eg Rosacea with ocular involvement. Can decide that only the doctor.
What I have achieved so far with the Ultramed ultrasound machine:
The redness and irritation have become less after 3 applications. My complexion has improved after 3 weeks. The skin barely reacted to the cold / hot change. The pores have been refined and overall I seem fresh and relaxed. I have a great feeling on the skin. The skin is no longer limp and tired, but fairly firm.
My toiletries can act much better. I had previously after creaming sporadically dry skin, so have disappeared. The cream is after the ultrasound treatment a better and can unfold the full effect.
The device is really practical, easy to make the settings. The settings must be entered each time. This prevents that you accidentally treated the face with 1 Mhz.
The instructions are very easy to understand includes all the information that I need for the treatment.
I would recommend this unit to anyone who is willing to invest in very good toiletries and can apply necessary time and patience for the almost daily treatment. Also, one should adjust their own way of life for the sake of his skin and do not expect any quick miracles.
Although rosacea can not be cured, but you can do a great deal to keep them under control and the ultrasound machine is an important element here.
