Just as I was looking for a service, since my 4 years old Oral-B Professional has 3000 brought more than two minutes brushing existence (despite alleged full charge). Shipping information was the next day and there with detailed instructions for "dummies", since nothing can go wrong really.
I then added the value letter on Monday to the post and on Thursday my toothbrush was back. And after one store runs and runs and runs it again.
In addition, my charger has been tested and found to be as good as new. I am optimistic that we can use my Oral-B back a few years. Great service - an active fight against the throwaway!
