Untreated cutting board that hardly shows cut marks and is easy to clean. Very good dimensional stability after many cleanings ankh. Solid and the strength correspondingly heavy, easy to handle. Light, typical bamboo smell as long as the board is not oiled, this I feel personally comfortable. After Oil (twin foals em) like new again I am very happy with it and I've still bought some of these boards as steak board additionally.
