The game is simple almost perfectly. The graphics are great, the atmosphere extremely dense and Elizabeth, which almost always accompanies a, is a wonderful sidekick. It developed in a very short time a bond with her, in passages where you run either in front of a path or she is kidnapped one wants just behind, so as not to lose (at least I).
You never bother to is not in the way and does not bother with same old sayings, on the contrary. In quieter passages Booker and Elizabeth lead quite interesting conversations, plus there as in Bioshock 1 & 2 dozens Audiologs, the interesting details, perspectives of different characters or secrets (hidden bonuses etc.) reveal.
The story is absolutely fascinating, especially the end was blown away, so the guy I sat for the first time just before the PC and thought to myself "what is the now just happened ?!". I admit it, I needed the Wikipedia article and some timelines in order to understand all the details. In the second session, the game was therefore even more fascinating and perfect.
I highly recommend it, the double-DLC Burial at Sea 1 & 2. The expansion introduces a known from Bioshock 1 and 2 in the Rapture before civil war broke out there and the city was largely destroyed. The developers have to come up with a very good matching, amazingly long history, which again ensures the odd hanging lower jaw, fantastic! In addition, the DLC also helps many events (eg the siblings Lutece or Daisy Fitzroy) from the base game to understand.
"Fast" is perfect Bioshock Infinite for the following reasons:
- There must be a lot of looted - just in quieter passages or creepy bugs that Man could have made for an even denser atmosphere when certain sections would just loot freely..
- The opponents are strohdumm. Even so insane Splicer from Bioshock 1 & 2 are skilful and, depending on type of enemy, even dangerous - in Infinite you get a few exceptions only cannon fodder before the gun.
