The delivery includes:
- A cleaning brush

- A cloth bag with drawstring
- And an owner's manual with warranty card.
The scope of supply falls to me very spartan, but you no longer need to test first.
I normally use razors and am hoping with this wet / dry shaver finally a product for quick shave to have found between meals or as a substitute for my razor.
First, I have charged the shaver using the included AC adapter. The power supply unit is plugged directly into the shaver. Charging only lasted about an hour. Three green and one red LED indicate the charge status of the unit.
Unfortunately there is no charging cradle, where you can put it back on the shaver, because lying he takes but relatively less storage space.
The operation of the Panasonic ES-RF31 is very easy and simple because of having only one arrival and off button with a transport lock.
As Trockenrasierer he needed at a close shave too much pressure and thus my skin reddens but extremely fast. The shaving is good, but no comparison to a proper wet shave, since fine stubble stop or the hair is not as good shaved. Due to the very large shaving head to get to many places on the face not ran properly. Especially in the area of the neck junction and jawbone, often stubble or even hair stand and must be nachrasiert by finger acrobatics and more pressure.
Since I also have a beard (from the chin up to the upper lip), I come through the shaving head also not correct in the area below the lower lip, without parts of the beard to trim / wegzurasieren. This I can not shave in this area with the Panasonic ES-RF31 or trim only my hair with the trimmer.
The subsequent purification with the enclosed small cleaning brush is used to, because the shaving heads are very sharp and you have to be careful that they do not cut all the hair / pull.
The easiest way is to clean under running water. After that you should but allow to dry the shaver and release the shaving foil attachment, because otherwise it smells musty quickly.
The trimmer can be used for contour cutting and performs its function.
For wet shaving I use a shaving gel, when my skin was not so irritated, as in the dry shaving. By the gel, however, the hair sticking more to the skin and the razor can this not so reach. This one needs more and more pressure. Cleaning, however, by the washability, very easy and works well.
My conclusion is, unfortunately, somewhat sober, because I had hoped for from the wet / dry shaver Panasonic ES-RF31 more.
For a fast shave without cleaning the Panasonic ES-RF31 is sufficient because shaving is not thorough enough, and you showed that this must shave every day. With my beard and a wet shave with a razor blade, I usually have to carry out the procedure every two to three days.
A wet shave with the Panasonic is more pleasant because the sensitive skin is not so strongly stressed, but takes more time and is no comparison to the proper wet shave.
I'm going to the Panasonic ES-RF31 not keep well, as I shave, by the very large shaving head is not thorough enough to use it for the day of the fast intermediate shaving and my skin is too much irritated by the required pressure.
So I have to stay with the wet shave and continue looking for a wet / dry alternative out.
