Every rider should read this book, regardless of the level. Indeed when practicing running is mistakenly think is the shoe that is critical to progress, and this fact is relayed by all vendors running ... While no one talks about stride. I had to go through lots of pain and injury (not serious ....) to finally find "the person" who solved a good part of my worries: Solarberg Sehel and "Light Feet Running". Running is more technical than we think and it takes real work to minimize the risk of injury and increase the workload and the fun that goes with it. No need to be biomechanist or hold a patent in anatomy to address the different chapters, quite the opposite ... In short, buy this book and you'll have a different approach to running !!!
