Never again Crumpler

The idea for the product might not be bad and may be an alternative to the backpack, but the QES-001 has the main zipper a breaking point because the zipper quickly fray even with infrequent use. No problem, you think, Crumpler is indeed a 30 year warranty on the bag. But after my experience of the last months I think rather, it takes a 30-year-long breath, if you must take the time warranty claim.

In my case, the case has now been repaired for the second time, always in the same place. The fabric around the frayed spot on the zipper looks as if I had even made the repairs - an amateurish patchwork. Crumplers Customer Service is beneath contempt. No feedback, no refund of postage for hinschicken pocket. No idea why they refuse to replace, or refund. Crumplers full-bodied warranty promise so no need to dismiss it as simple marketing Rattle. I for one will ever buy in no case again a Crumpler Bag.
