After 1 year, the first defect. We received a loaner and the machine was picked up and delivered sand free again.
so far so good.
After a little over 2 years there has been more and more to a jam of the ground coffee and always becomes stronger water consumption. The water was both in the drip tray, and below the machine. Several thorough cleaning, with partial disassembly of the machine brought only very short-term success.
Since there was a 3 year warranty, so my wife called the customer service.
Well, it was a confirmation e-mail requires to utilize the 3 year warranty. Uh an email from 2 1/2 years ago? We had not.
An estimate would be charged 80.00 !!!
Ok, so the machine was then died for us. I have the machine then dismantled completely times. So something unhygienic I've never seen in the food sector. Did it not shown my wife. Even after 4 Monten of non-usage, water was still in the system. Parts were partly rusted it was a coffee sludge layer on the Maschinenboden.Die once transparent tubes were black from the coffee.
Conclusion
Since it was the 2 `te coffee machine already which was broken after 2 1/2 years (the whole interim repairs during the warranty period not included) I find is not worth the purchase. We have switched to a 'normal' coffee grinder. The only costs a fraction and also makes delicious coffee.
Never again a fully automatic machine.
