Customer Review

For too long had to wait until the boys of Rise Against hit in the pages full again. As an addictive delicacy were the first riffs from the album opener "Architects", which could be heard on the Rise Against website. So now it's finally here and after three-time Preview I venture to the first review of the album.

The album starts with "Architects", as already mentioned, by fully and immediately makes you want more. Not later than the second track "Help is on the way" you immediately see where the album is settled thematically and Rise Against have not even approach lost some of its bite.
"Make It Stop 'is my personal favorite song on the album. From the lyrics, about the rhythm and the vocals to the instrumental accompaniment is right here just about anything.
I do not want all other tracks illuminate only call other highlights below. For me, there would be "Satellite" and "Broken Mirrors" as a super live tracks, "Wait For Me" as a great mix as melodic and rocking game and "A Gentlemen's Coup" as track that again so right with the world, as we have today, and know, cleaning up.

The whole thing comes in the "Ecopack Ltd." version, as already "Appeal to Reason", as a simple cardboard cover, 100% recycled paper - Who knows Rise Against, also knows about their environmental awareness. More than 45 minutes of total playing time you can not complain really, especially as there is hardly any purely instrumental passages throughout the album and one far more "content" gets to many other productions.

Regarding the sound quality: Here I am a bit disappointed, Tim McIlrath's voice goes a little below, and generally was the album, as virtually all of today's productions, orderly overridden to get it "beautiful sound". This makes it somewhat lacking in dynamism. Sample belongs to a vicious e 300 on a To those AVR 1610th

Conclusion: For the price you can not complain really. From musically one of the, if not the best album of the still young year 2011. I am looking forward to the forthcoming tour of Germany. With small prints for the production of me 4.5 star and an absolute buy recommendation for Rise Against fans and all 'those who rock, alternative, etc. NuMetal like.
