We bought the service for everyday use. For the cheap price I have found nothing comparable. The porcelain is not as thin as the more expensive brand providers, but also not as sensitive, making it ideal for everyday use. We had a soup plate with a bailed corner in the delivery. Can happen in so many parts. A quick call and a new dish was replenished the next day via DHL. That's what I call customer service !! I am enthusiastic about the combination service, customer service, and fast delivery.
