The lens is a great deal. I have Not Given it a real test yet, but the few photos I've taken are of good quality. What's important to remember is, there exist no autofocus capability. So if you do not mind going back to the 80's while using this, it's really no problem. Most shots with Fisheyes are not on the run anyway and more or less the photographer spends some time getting the shot set up. This is not really Necessary functions on, unless you've never worked with a manual system before. But there's really no rocket science involved with manual use, so if your looking for a price alternative, or do not use it enough to put out the cash for a NIKKOR, this is in my opinion a great alternative!
