No complaints about the delivery or on the state of balloons, all of which have worked. The effect is nice enough but the brightness balloons quickly weakens and you really have to be in the dark to enjoy. It was fun for a birthday in a small group, but I would not invest in this kind of decoration for a big party (not very green, especially with all small batteries to throw away then!).
