When unpacking from the plastic tube, one was immediately met by a strong, chemical smell. After the card but then was open one day this is fortunately almost completely gone (but not quite).
The card has about the format of A1 (slightly wider) and is made of rigid glossy paper (similar to a wall calendar). To fasten nothing is, but here I can recommend Posters trips.
What I unfortunately do not like, is the coarseness of the world map. Countries are marked only in their outer limits and the respective capitals are located. Rivers, other large cities or internal borders: None. For small countries, this may be fine, but for larger, the orientation is difficult. When visiting Texas, I would indeed mark Texas and do not rub the entire United States freely.
A bit annoying is the over-sized logo or Enblem the map in the "Pacific Ocean". It has almost the size of South America and is huge, it is a scratch card world. This should have been more discreet install and use the space made available.
Is a nice gimmick, in this way I would not buy again or give away.
