Broke down after 5 months of use, I contacted LIVOLO to report the fact. After an email correspondence asking me to do some functional checks (reset, etc, etc ....), which have been made, which is quite normal, LIVOLO decided to refer me to another switch. My ratings is: 5 stars despite my disappointment because after sale service has been at the top with tips and more (what saves this note have been only 1 star). The product is fine and works well in absolute terms (with remote control regarding the switch), who already have other switches (single without remote control) brand that work very well, am I fell on a defective item? let's say it like that. I'll be sure to keep informed of all developments of the product.
