With a clear conscience I can say that this helmet fully meets both these requirements. The helmet is warm, so no hats or towels must be brought under it, and the details of some Rezensoren that the helmet would push the adjusting wheel back, I can confirm in any way. The helmet is very good and quickly adaptable to the head. This works by a couple of turns on the adjusting - so 1-2 cm can be reduced or enlarged in size.
