I received the item 2 days after ordering.
Unwrapped, plugged in iPhone 4 - watch out!
The plug for the headphone jack located at the top represents the same (otherwise nameless?) Tool to change the MicroSIM represents and can easily slide in the opening above and remains there also.
The rubber plug for the bottom located docking port also fits perfectly. It must be noted, however, that you do not attempt to use it upside since then "sit" it is not right in the opening.
