No continuous measurement

Unpacking, the document is, as I have read on some commentary, written in small print, but nothing unreadable.
Regarding the base which supports the unit is plastic "light", but it does its work.
The thermometer itself, easy and instinctive to use nothing complicated, manufacture the honest area. Measurements are accurate and the achieving temperature alarm will sound without being prohibitive.
So why did you put three stars? You should know first and foremost that the thermometer communicates with the base on which we insert the probe, in order to give the temperature. I took off two stars because the temperature does not happen continuously, and if we need a very precise temperature (some caramels) there is an update of time between the two devices, watch this one n''est not very long (I would say less than 3 seconds), but we must be informed.
