No household quality: Greasy oil residues and scrapes everywhere factory

- Head has factory greasy oil residue all over the metal (this is according to consult the work normally.), Of which hands and clothes are quickly black: Therefore ladder absolutely first with detergent and a rag (Attention, this is then the cleaning also black and can then hardly clean) rub wet!
- Metal has minor scratches everywhere, plastic feet and shell above not quite accurate worked despite adequate packaging (foil with edge protection strips or cobbled together cardboard-parts) and with partially frayed / not anti-aliased edges.

This is perhaps still under construction quality, but not budget quality (although the director is intended for everyday use). Why are not removed from the factory, black, greasy oil residues, and why all the scratches on the metal (which did not come from transport, but are spread everywhere, even in places inside the show)? Would it be such a big effort, the factory to eliminate or avoid?

The manager came to me directly from the factory of the manufacturer Hailo, on behalf of a seller. I thinks he first copy special scrapes and a broken plastic part and asked expressly to provide adequate credit, then the matter is settled. But no: it was introduced without consultation with me at once an exchange. The parcel would take the director allegedly without the (no longer usable after unpacking foil) packaging (which I doubted, but you insisted). Finally, the replacement director was (shortly before - too late - I was offered but then suddenly a partial credit to, though smaller than initially proposed by me), which again had several scrapes the metal and also the well-known dirty oil film everywhere. So even these leaders first cleanse ourselves out of the box, and somehow cobble together the old foil and pieces of cardboard a "package".

My Conclusion:
- Just useful, but not as perfect as expected product after annoying cleaning of a branded product
- Customer service through work and seller underground - sorry, never Hailo.
