No problems, but very high dose

For over a month I take the zinc Caps Weider a day according to the manufacturer. I have found no effects which might call into an income, there are certainly more favorable priced. I'll stay with the same brand, but take in the future a different product.
The dose is higher than the recommended daily allowance and since you already takes cereals, milk and meat zinc to itself, the regular long-term use is not essential. With a low-dose product + normal diet zinc uptake is already higher than recommended. Commercial products that are also pharmacies, as Curazink etc, have iR per capsule max. 15 mg. Zinc gluconate. For a through food intake beyond more than enough.
