I want to sing the praises of the product not naive here because it just at the moment are several factors to be the "problem" Lord, but the effectiveness of the infusions can thus be extended significantly by 1-2 days. Course oral intake of vitamins has the disadvantage of being ineffective on digestion, hence the dosages are already "well, that high doses".
Interesting also that the product label recommended by Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling doses are given, which are part zigfach over the RDA values. After I read the part wild reactions to this product (see possidentes product placement with the tens reviews!), I was so confused because of "B3 Flush" and "critical / dangerous reactions" that I here again in consultation with the doctor held. Conclusion: I receive intravenously with each infusion 110mg B3, and have here maximum mild reactions in the face ... a B3-Flush is completely safe, jedwege reaction to B vitamins may well tilt from a fearful expectation out into hysterics, which quite medical may make intervention necessary. I take 2 tablets daily, did this a couple of days "to be careful" with aspirin (30min before taking) tasted or eaten recently, after talking about the "danger of B3 Flush" However, I take the tablet with 50mg B3 even on an empty stomach ... no response. As well as, I quote, plus some statements like
- "The recommended daily dose is 15 milligrams"
- "If more than 500 milligrams taken, niacin can cause flushing"
- "From an overdose one speaks from a daily intake of 1.5 to 3 grams you may have headaches, nausea and itching to follow."
- "If more than 2,500 milligrams of niacin ingested, it may cause a drop in blood pressure and dizziness"
Conclusion: leave earlier analyze blood, defects in high doses and resolve with medical escort ... and not get hysterical ... then there is no (imaginary) overreactions. Something "heat in the face" or feel "flu / heat comes" is normal for a few minutes, but even that will disappear after a few days of use, completely ... in the 50-100mg B3 should be the reactions that really only from 500mg to are expected to be limited)
Price / Performance I find more than OK, especially when compared with the products that you get so in the pharmacy (eg Berocca)
