The mattress is firmer than described, but the promise is kept for a night 100% comfort. Beautifully made, I am satisfied by the product. However much less by the Amazon service due to a delayed delivery because apparently the advertised product as the stock was no longer at the time of delivery ??? But above all by the refusal of the carrier to recover the old mattress while this service was included in the order on the grounds that this recovery was not mentioned by his company to Amazon. Certainly, I could fight me with customer service to reprogram the kidnapping, but I had other things to do than spend hours on the phone and take time off to wait for the delivery man! Announcement probably call used by Amazon to capture the customer but still misleading. I would recommend to the future buyer to go on a competitor's site offering equivalent price the same services that are actually executed them!
