I have two of these bulbs. Both do a solid job and give no disturbing noises, like other LED bulbs do it gladly. In direct comparison with a "real" 40W bulb light is light, but clearly perceptible cool, 2700K or not. For the light of a conventional bulb, this is no substitute. I would not buy it again, but wait until the technology is such an extent that the quality of light has arrived at the level of conventional bulbs.
