Following a problem installing the SSD is not recognized by the T management software Transcend (SSD Scope). I posted on March 30 a support request to know what I should do or how to reformat the SSD. I made a raise it a few days ago and yet to April 10 I have no return. There is no support but more severe their site clearly suggests that there is a fast reliable support and contacts by email (which I did), telephone and fax: I have found on their website no phone or fax number where you can call them. I do not know yet if this is actually good. BRIEF NOT CHOOSE IF YOU ACCOUNT ON A SUPPORT.
