Kaspersky Internet Security then ultimately convinced me due to the clear user interface and low price. In terms of functions, said manufacturers or products really do much in the virus detection rate approximately, depending on the test times of one, sometimes the other front.

In my case, a request along with complaints about the inaction but geführt- give no answer. Great, so I know every day what I can annoy me. At the same time I reported to Kaspersky in Ingolstadt. Since I was then kindly mail back that an employee has received the mail and processes them. Even that was it then.
For comparison: for the same story I have questions to Acronis, TuneUp, Paragon and O & O asked (also for the products of these manufacturers, I had the activation key is no longer) - within a maximum of 2 days I had of each of these manufacturers a friendly mail together activation code.
What allowed to Kaspersky here is just a joke. With respect to its app is a known fact that Kaspersky does not respond to customer inquiries. Even that would have put me off. Hereby I would, however, not expected.
I strongly advise of this product and all products from this manufacturer generally.
I think the software is your job verrichten- but once you have a problem, you are in a fix, because Kaspersky customers simply do not care.
Support detracts probably the profit margin. That is short-sighted and stupid, I do not have an extra mention well actually.
I will now either BitDefender, F-Secure and Symantec turn. Thank goodness there is a reasonable choice in the market
