For years I use exclusively Kaspersky. (Internet Security).
And am highly driven.
Also verschiedentliche inquiries to customer service (new German support) were answered within 24 hours.
Sure, other protection programs are well worth their price.
I used Symantec (Norton) it.
Since I had often problems with the uninstallation.
In Kaspersky I never had any problems so far.
The menu structure in Version 2012 very clearly and also for an advanced amateur is good to use.
