Crashes constantly or stalls sodas I have always just pull the power plug so that it goes on. Support keeps me only ever go with upates, always the same, there is an update so that it is fixed to at some point finally a technician comes over and replaces the board. Had only been silence and then we went to couple of weeks going back until I one day even a 1-hour TV fight because he plug after each is stuck again the power cord. Then they wanted to replace my TV to a used what I have of course rejected at a price of 1500, then he was picked up and brought back after 2-3 weeks. Allegedly, the power supply has been exchanged, but I get a device with verkratzer back and various quirks, but mine was 99.9% as new as it was unpacked and hung directly on the wall. Did the course directly in the delivery complained about and the only way was to take him back in 2-3 weeks and I get him again -.- NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PHILIPS
