Contrary to what is advertised, this lamp has a non-adjustable beam. The beam is nevertheless interesting: a very bright central region that lights away, surrounded by a large area much less light that illuminates areas close properly. The lamp has two power levels: high and low, plus a flashing light. The level of maximum power, the lamp on light fine, but certainly not in 2200 lumens for the manufacturer's manual of the LED Cree XM-L T6 LED indicates that this can not exceed 900 lumens (for a current of 3A). In this mode, after 1:50 it still lit (weakly) and the batteries were to 2.65V. On the lower power level, it has plenty of light for common uses. In this mode, after 16:30 it still lit (weakly) and the batteries were to 2.61V. It comes with a charger and a cigarette lighter charger. The charger LED is red when it's charging and changes to green end of charge. End of charging, the voltage of both batteries 18650 (connected in parallel) is 4.52V. The batteries provided are "XCsource 2600mAh with protection circuit." Circuit protection does not seem to work, either for charging or for the discharge, which does not bode well for the life of the batteries. In return, the lamp does not suddenly extinguished. To conserve the batteries, turn it off as soon as it begins to show signs of weakness. Provide short-term replacement of batteries and the acquisition of a more serious charger. In short: a good lamp, a little heavy (the ransom of a powerful lighting and long lasting: it still takes copious batteries to power the lamp).
