The reason why I reach over and over again to Logitech, is also in this TV Cam for Skype again obvious: properly processed products at a very reasonable price, which serve its purpose for many years (see above) - there is simply nothing serious to complain about!
The Skype-cam I bought a new Panasonic TX-P50GT30E. Priced it naturally plays in the big leagues, is even more expensive than the current Panasonic USB camera (TY-CC20W), which is however compatible with Viera models of the 2012 series. But she has better microphones and a finer appearance, what the higher price justifies entirely. By design, slightly higher than the very narrow Panasonic cameras, the Logitech Cam nevertheless fits perfectly to the device. In activity two blue LED lights arcs left and right of the lens, looks elegant - and it is!
The camera is recognized by the uncomplaining Panasonic TV so that Skype can about the Viera Connect portal set up quickly. The good recording quality of 720p, the opposite course only enjoy if the conditions are right: a stable transfer is helpful and the hardware at the receiver should also be able to play 720p material liquid. Pictures of conventional webcams 640x480 seen in return on a Full HD TV screen, of course, according to from economical! The sound comes through the built-in directional microphones over outstanding - it's almost as if you would call the Spartans opposite.
Conclusion: Again a thoroughly enjoyable Logitech product from the luxury class!
UPDATE (07/05/2013): I would like the exorbitant price decline of this article document - I have the Cam bought almost exactly a year ago on 18-04-2012 for fabled EUR 127.25!
