Maybe I caught a defective copy, but my power quite clearly listening, singing noise from 750rpm. So no noise from the draft, but actually from the camp. I will fix the fan with PWM and to conclude, slow down rules that it is precisely this fan. That I hear that out of four other fans from different manufacturers. When 750rpm can of Airflow then also be no more talk. Thus, the part completely thrown out and is replaced by a low-cost Arctic F12 PWM, which clearly is much better in terms of noise from the camp.
