The product is advertised as extra flare and flicker: Quote: "She lights flicker Lamp then seems flicker.". That's true but definitely not! The tubes are operated with a KVG and flicker therefore with 50 Hz. A TOE would flicker and the modern technology as it does not only with 25 kHz, but also extend lamp life by about 50%, while the power consumption ca 25% reduced! The fibrillation can prove good with a digital camera, since it indicates beam when the frequency is too low. A corresponding photo I upload.
Actually I would give for this false advertising only 1 star because it gives me the unnecessary trouble, the device to send back. To an additional star wants to give the product as it is otherwise well done. A statement in Lumen would be more appropriate than in Lux, Lux but you can check see the pictures)
