is nothing too special. when I read the positive reviews, where in fact many claimed that after years of back neck etc suffer this pillow she HEALED it made me very suspicious, but I read it a chance and also an order. Well what to say the cushion appears to be nothing special extraordinary much. Can that these people pillow of years of suffering heal or should have healed I can not believe the best will ;-)
Therefore, it is OK but definitely not a cure for pain.
