Not always clear messages but otherwise no concern for the refund of the product

I agree with this insurance soup maker Philips, after a few months the product has failed. I followed the procedure described on the website and in the contract. I just emailed. I have not contacted the service by phone.
However, it must scan the invoice that comes with the purchase. The bills online on amazon does not seem to be sufficient (check for my part, I was called for the bill as if I had not supplied). Tip: you retain the original and verify that they are in the package! Once the scan of my original invoice sent, I received the prepaid voucher to send the product. In about a week, I got my refund (gift code to use on amazon). I give the rating of 4 stars because the mails sent by firstassur unclear, objects are very explicit. In conclusion, I would say the service is fast and efficient.
