Tip: you retain the original and verify that they are in the package! Once the scan of my original invoice sent, I received the prepaid voucher to send the product. In about a week, I got my refund (gift code to use on amazon). I give the rating of 4 stars because the mails sent by firstassur unclear, objects are very explicit. In conclusion, I would say the service is fast and efficient.
