In contrast to the "Your Shape Fitness" exist the day exercises from a continuous process and you can not pick and choose which body part you want to work on that day but has to take what is offered to one.
Just because I look a bit the problem is because the exercises have it partially real in itself and even beginners will be seeing that one or the other times tough time or the exercises do not do it right because they are too strenuous.
What is a bit annoying too bad, is often quite questionable acquisition of Kinect system. It may well happen that often you have to hold a certain position for a certain time, you also correctly moved or is / is, the system also can display it correctly but does suddenly and without which one has moved an Error becomes.
Moreover, I find it very annoying sometimes when every few seconds any voice is heard the mantra always says the same thing.
Select the menu item with the recipes you can safely forget because that is, in my opinion, unnecessary.
Conclusion: it is not badly done, some exercises are also quite reasonable but I will continue my training on "Your Shape Fitness' build as I have clearly more freedom in choosing the training there.
