The only downside for me is that this book could well be called "the regime lazy" because basically this book deals mainly with food, provides some exercises and methods but not to ensure you overcome cellulite. Besides the book "the regime lazy" is written by the same author.
But still it remains an excellent basis for understanding his organization ultimately by reading it you feel ashamed at all ... We say it's just the nature like that and fight cellulite is a bit "vain".
It reads quickly and easily, with a good dose of humor and understanding and a study of each case according to its appearance. It is very well thought out.
