Since I do not just have also the cash cow, so I never imagined the Braun Vitality Precision Clean bought for 15 euros. And in addition, the depth-cleaning bristles. Whether that are more comfortable with, I do not know.
From Dentasonic I had to get used something. So the Dentasonic was a "sonic brush". So a Schüttelbürste with broad head. This however, there are only more expensive by Braun or a well-tested brand. What I got me but the same is surprising is that this is clearly the Scheller and better dressing.
Service:
A timer there. After 2 minutes, the appliance switches off though, is for a short time but weaker, so you know that you can stop, but who wants to can go on. A "Quadrant Timer", ie an indication that you should brush your teeth another quarter does not exist in this version, unfortunately. I really miss. Even otherwise, there is only one program, which are sufficient. Then there's an imprint sensor. If you press too hard, the speed decreases. So you know that you should press less.
The downer are the brushes, although the already gets quite cheap at Amazon. How often do you have to change anyway? Well, today a monthly change is usually recommended, finally Braun wants to earn a little on one. In the manual, but "Dentists recommend the toothbrush to change every three months' is. At 3-5 Euro per brush head that is quite a difference. The brush should show by discoloration if you have to change it. I'll see when the change is really necessary. But I tend more to every 2-3 months, as every month. I will then expand the review.
Conclusion:
15 euros or 150 euros? What to buy a toothbrush? Unlike the advertising says the 150-Euro-brush cleans no better than the 15 euros. At least not if one takes from Braun. If one wants a broad head (like a manual toothbrush) you have to grab for a good sound brush deeper into their pockets. Even if you want more options or a longer battery life. Better not brush your expensive but. For the price but would recommend more to this than to "Dentasonic" or other Billigheimer. Must go the dentist ran, you also save money.
On functions, I would have still the "quadrant timer" desired. Other programs are in my opinion, not necessary.
I was surprised even them that after registration gets 3-year guarantee for 15-Euro-brush. That's not bad. In the first two years it also has the statutory warranty.
Update after a few weeks:
Super toothbrush. The cleaning power is good as Stiftung Warentest's right. The only drawback is the battery which holds quite short, just under 1 week if daily 2 x dressing 2 minutes. However, you can let the thing also equal plugged. I once measured the power consumption is about 2 euros per year. So really negligible.
