Warm, this is really the word I remember after turning the last page of this novel.
I acknowledge having read very quickly, to move on, and perhaps with the secret hope that the plot off. But I have found no humor described in superlatives force customers in other reviews or the passion that overturned the heart.
Here everything is ... nice, agreed, politically correct, away from vaudeville waited a little scoundrel.
The story, though original did not convince me, largely because of bland characters. Rachel, after a good start becomes quite unbearable goose, aggressive and whining. Alleyne is cute but far from an amazing manly hero, he seemed very erased. The secondary characters themselves, starved additional scenes. They could be funny and make chili, but alas, they are left out.
[SPOILER] Indeed, I understand step choose Mary Balogh to give the character of Bridget all cards become heroin, either by emphasizing his loyalty, pleasant young thirty physics once the frills of the prostitute abandoned, and a furtive encounter with the fascinating and icy Duke of Bewcastle, not to convert the try in the sixth installment. [Late SPOILER]
A series that I took along the way through a tome with which I will not pursue the adventure of Bedwyn.
