Book very well if we want to be even her vegetable milks and soy faisselles! Alternatively, for yogurt, no scoop in this book, the recipes are traditional (1L + 1L milk or yogurt + milk ferments ...). There are of course different ways to make yogurt (the yogurt maker in the pan ...) but good for just 12 euros that, I think it's expensive! To faisselles + silken tofu, revenues are actually there, but they are time consuming and therefore we must be sure to have the time available! It takes special equipment, not always present in every kitchen. For other books from the same publisher, I am amazed at the number of recipes / price ratio, it is more expensive than others for less than recipe.
