The first part of the presentation of the method is quite redundant with what can be read on the blog. Not forgetting the many GR-codes that just brings us to this blog. So, this is not essential.
The second chapter is for me the most important. You can find out about all this in itself seeking but could have been much better to have everything in the same book.
The rest is the Turbo book, which is no longer published, with some additions and modifications. Although this will not be a surprise because the author was washing reported, it is still difficult to be disappointed that more than half of the book is almost a repetition.
The new exercises for static abs is a definite plus, however I find here too that this is not thorough enough. It just describes the different exercises, without telling us in what order to do them, there has sil series or rest periods to be observed. Yet the problem could have been solved with only can additional lines. Dailleurs I'm not the only one bothered by this because on the forum of practitioners have already asked about it.
So I am a little disappointed with the fact that innovations are, in my opinion, not enough developed. The QR codes are not very practical, except for video exercises. Jaurai preferred to have the main thing about writing the book rather than having to access information on the net. Jai also noted a few omissions as Greek Triad, which is nevertheless an interesting variation.
I put three stars still to this book because for me the Lafay method is not limited to the Green Paper. The contributions are found here, in my opinion, inseparable from the first volume. If you are not already Navez Turbo you can easily add a star. However, I think that Volume 2 may not have the highest rating, for the reasons i mentioned above.
