Not for everyone - Support almost zero

The cameras are of good quality; the image is relatively sharp and night vision is good.

To install DViewCam this still happening, and it is relatively easy to get a start visualization and image recording (on a local PC).
I'll spare you the need to define the correct port (fixed IP address and port choice, especially if you have several cameras) and the need to juggle the firmware of cameras (after several exchange with the support, not easy to join, I had to install an old firmware and then restore the most recent!).
But to see the cameras outside the department but with the mydlink ... IMPOSSIBLE, despite all the recommendations of the support (which remains difficult to reach): stop the firewall, and then connect wifi with a cable, doing resets, Download the latest versions ...
Now I'm a have 2 of my 5 recorded on the mydlink cameras but no picture appears (a litany of suggestions appears - including making a bunch of resets and re-reconfiguration).
In short:
1. ok if only for local recording with DViewCam
2. Service or near zero (impossible to reach them by email, only via their website, no phone number)
3. Do not expect to easily view your cameras on your smartphone or the Internet when you are on vacation ...
I already command another camera of another brand to have minimal supervision was remote.
